Prior to returning any item(s) to Photo Art Reproduction, you must receive authorization from our Customer Service Department. To request authorization please send e-mail to with the following returns@photoartreproduction.com with the following details:
Order #, First & Last Name
Item(s) you want to return
Specify reason for return: damaged, received incorrect item or size, quality of item not as expected, etc.
Specify what action you would like us to take for you: Free Replacement or Refund?
You must return the reproduction painting to us:
- at your expense;
- in its original condition; and
- we must receive it within 30 days of the day it was shipped to you as stated on the courier’s airwaybill.
If these three conditions are met satisfactorily, we’ll refund the purchase price, minus:
- our shipping costs;
- any credit card processing fees (if applicable);
- any import duty imposed by Royal Thai Customs when your painting is returned to Thailand; and
- a US$20 restocking fee.
You can also choose to have the refund used as credit towards future purchases from us.
If you have changed the painting by cutting off the 2-3 inches of white canvas around the edges of the art work and have mounted it and framed then removed it from the frame to return the painting then it is no longer in its “original condition” and will not be accepted nor will a refund be issued.
If the painting cannot be properly stretched, mounted and framed by another customer or if you have altered or damaged the painting in any way it will not be accepted for return and a refund will not be issued.
Please explain in detail exactly what the painter needs to modify about the painting. He will do his/her best to implement your request for changes and when finished we’ll send new photos of the revised painting.
If the painter cannot please you even with the modifications, we’ll have a new artist paint a new painting at no additional cost to you.
In the event that none of our paintings and none of our revisions are able to please you, a refund can be requested and we’ll return the painting commission fee minus:
- any credit card processing fees (if applicable); and
- a US$20 restocking fee.
ALL REFUNDS ARE ISSUED TO THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
